Educational Opportunities at LCR

 

Vision Strategy for Education at LCR

We will have reaffirmed our Lutheran belief that all members should participate in ongoing Christian education. Intentionally begin a five-year instructional/equipping program to strengthen our educational ministries and to equip members to share their faith with, and make disciples of others.

The Lutheran Church of the Resurrection believes strongly in the power of education, for adults as well as children. Our mission statement, "to invite, grow, and serve in the name of Jesus Christ" mandates education. By 'grow' we mean not just to grow the church by increasing our membership, but for each individual to grow spiritually. Education is an important facet of that growth.

NEW THIS YEAR!

Sunday School Offerings of Children and Youth (middle school and high school) will support Heifer International. Please encourage your children to be generous in their contributions to this project.
